The sort of thing we send

These pictures are examples: clothes on a rail, folded shirts, a jumper with jeans, and cups. Ask us what we actually have before you expect a match.

What to ask for

Name the piece and, for clothes, the size. For a cup or another breakable thing, say if you need it posted or if you can wait for a slot we agree.

A short list is better than a long one. We answer item by item.

When it arrives

Open the box against the email we sent. If a piece is missing or damaged, write the same day and say what you can see. We will say whether we replace it or take it back.
